Green Bloody Mary
Try this magical twist on the brunch-time classic. The Green Bloody Mary is your new St. Paddy’s day staple. This savory Celtic cocktail packs a punch with fresh Tomatillos and Jalapeños.
- 4 Tomatillos – Husked, washed and medium diced
- ½ English Cucumber – Medium diced
- ½ Jalapeno – seeded and medium diced
- 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 2 limes – juiced
- 4-6 Dashes green hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- ¾ cup cold water
- 1 pinch sea salt
Garnish:Celery stalk, bacon slice, lemon wheel & yellow cherry tomato in salt & pepper rimmed glass
Preparation:Combine ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth, refrigerate before serving. Into salt and pepper rimmed collins glass, add ice, pour 2oz GameDay vodka and 5oz of Green Bloody mix and stir to combine, garnish with celery stalk, bacon slice, lemon wheel & yellow cherry tomato.
Cucumber & Lime Gimlet
This GameDay Gimlet is refreshing, revamped version of a vodka water lime. Trust us when we say this Dublin drink tastes like liquid gold. The lean leprechaun approves of this one as well. Hold the simple syrup to make it super “skinny”.
- 1 cup chopped
- 4-6 Limes Juiced
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup simple syrup
Garnish: Cucumber wheel slice
Preparation:Combine ingredients into blender or food processor and blend until smooth, strain though mesh strainer and refrigerate. Combine 2oz of Cucumber Lime syrup and 2oz of GameDay Vodka into mixing tin, add ice, shake vigorously until cold, strain over fresh ice into double rocks glass, garnish with cucumber wheel.
GameDay Shamrock Mule
This green and gold cocktail captures the essence of St. Paddy’s Day. Between the clover coloring and copper mug, this classic concoction is as spirited as it gets. It’s only fitting to spike it with the best spirits!
- 2oz Game Day Vodka
- ½ oz Fresh Lime juice
- 2 Dashes Angostura bitters
- 4oz Ginger Beer
- 2 drops green food coloring
Preparation:Combine lime, bitters and vodka into highball glass, fill with ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel
GameDay Green Melon Lemonade
Our elevated vodka lemonade is sweet n’ sour, just like those leprechauns. Fair warning, this sneaky spritzer might lead to some mischief. This traditional cocktail stands the test of time. Turn your favorite cocktail into a shot by following the recipe image below.
- 2oz Game Day vodka
- 6oz Lemonade = 4oz water: 1oz fresh lemon juice: 1 oz lemon syrup (see instructions below for lemon syrup) Or 6oz of your favorite lemonade
- ¾ oz Green Melon liqueur
Preparation:Combine ingredients into mixing tin, add ice, shake vigorously until cold, strain over fresh ice into collins glass, garnish with lemon wheel
*Instructions for Lemon syrup
(1:1:1) 1-part water, 1-part granulated sugar, 1 zest of large lemon
Add 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 zest of large lemon to saucepan, stir over low heat until sugar is diluted, when diluted pull from heat and let steep to room temp for 1 hour. Strain through mesh strainer and discard lemon zest, store syrup in sealed container in refrigerator.

- 2oz Game Day Vodka
- 1oz Green Melon Liqueur
- 2oz Fresh Pineapple juice
- 1oz Passion Fruit Puree
- Soda Water
Garnish:Pineapple Wedge and Green Cocktail Umbrella
Preparation:Combine vodka, green melon liqueur, pineapple and passion fruit into mixing tin, add ice, shake vigorously until cold, strain over fresh ice into collins glass, top with soda water, stir to combine, garnish with pineapple wedge and green cocktail umbrella

- 1oz Irish Cream liqueur
- 2oz cold brew coffee
